The RAD Card program ended on November 18, 2025, at 11:59pm. The RAD Card was created to help boost local downtown economies in response to the impacts of COVID-19, using matching funds provided through government-issued pandemic relief.

Now that the program has concluded, RAD Card users with a remaining balance may request a refund by emailing radcard@domopartnership.org. Refunds will be processed according to the applicable RAD Card agreement terms.
